Grapes: 42%Cabernet Franc, 14%Syrah and 24% Merlot.

Place of production - Vineyards placed in the  municipality of Melilli The Garden City, Comune di Siracusa, region Sicilia at  40 km south west of Catania in the hills near Augusta. 

Visual - Limpid and deep purple red color.

Nose - The wine has notes of blackberries, blueberries and wild herbs.

Taste - It is full and rich and very lively with good tasty fruit flavours and a hint of freshly grated black pepper. On the finish, there is good acidity and refreshing, silky  tannins. A delicious wine, still young, which will improve over another few years.  Vinification - Harvested by hand and fermented in cement vats it is aged in old Pomerol barrels for 9 months.
