Visual - Limpid Straw Yellow
Nose - Aromatic nose with notes of acacia and green apple.
Taste - Crisp and mineral on the palate, with dominant flavours of green apple and citrus.
Vinification A white wine produced from direct pneumatic pressing. Cold settling for 15 days, followed by ageing in stainless-steel vats.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
