Location of production - The vineyards are located in the municipality of Casalotto di Mombaruzzo. Tenuta Santa Teresa. Province of Asti, Italy.
Visual - Brilliant straw yellow colour with golden reflections, along of a numerous, delicate and fine long-lasting pearlage.
Nose - Highly intense and fragrant wine, starting with floral notes of white citrus-honey flowers and magnolia, followed by fruity aromas of ripe peach and pear along of the unmistakable slightly musky fragrance.
Taste - Full bodied, sweet, bright and velvety, fresh with a sophisticated mineral touch, through a highly aromatic persistence on the palate.
Vinification - Moscato traditional vinification method (Natural method). Grapes are subjected to low temperature soft pressing, then the slowing fermentation process starts under a low temperature control systems, when the alcohol content reaches about 5 % ABV the wine is ready to be bottled. Vegan friendly.
Serving Temperature: 6-8 °C / 43-46°F.
