Nose - Opens with aromas of cherry and black cherry, complemented by delicate red fruit nuances and a gentle spiciness characteristic of the variety.
Taste - Velvety and soft on the palate, with a full-bodied structure and persistent finish. A pleasant freshness and vibrant acidity lend balance and elegance.
ABV 13%
Vinification - Maturation in oak barrels for 6 months and brief refinement in bottle.
Serving temperature: 18 to 20 ºC
