Vinification - Crafted using modern winemaking techniques, the grapes are fermented in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. This precise temperature control preserves the wine's vibrant fruit character, freshness, and natural aromatic complexity.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

Domaine Barcelo is located in the commune of Aghione on the eastern coast of the beautiful island of Corsica. Acquired by Daniel Barcelo over 15 years ago, the estate has become a remarkable expression of premium Corsican winemaking.
