90% Listan Nego,10% Baboso.

Ferments in cement and ages in a combination of one old foudre and one even older French barrique. The wine is characteristically light in color and offers up a lovely nose of dried cherries, a bit of blood orange, dried herb tones, vinesmoke, volcanic soil and sea salts. On the palate the wine is medium-full, complex and very transparent, with a good core of fruit, impeccable balance, lovely focus and grip and a long, modestly tannic and vibrant finish.
