Nose - An intense and fresh set of aromas open with ripe yellow fruits, notes of pineapple and peaches, with citrus hints in the background.

Taste: Full and rounded, with a nice length and well-balanced acidity creating a moreish mouthful!

Vinification & Ageing: The traditional winemaking process, the wine is poured into stainless steel tanks, developing its fresh character over the following 6 months, followed by bottling and a minimum rest period of 6 months before going to market.
