Visual - Bright purple colour at first impression.
Nose - Complex red berry bouquet, Leather, clove and mixed pepper. 
Taste -Full bodied, rich and creamy with velvety tannins and a lush texture. The finish is lingerin. 
Vinification - The Vinification Plots selection grapes, thermoregulated stainless steel and concrete vats 28 days The Aging 18 months Aged in stainless steel vat
Natural racking and clarification and fining only if necessary.
Serving Temperature: 18-20°C .
