Visual - A dark garnet wine, almost black.
Nose - Very elegant and refine scents of violet and peony flowers.
Taste - Dry, Medium-bodied, Firm on the nose, more vegetal on the palate, it remains balanced, soft tannins with good length.
Vinification -This wine is fermented in the traditional way, without use of carbonic maceration, and ageing takes place in used wooden casks for six to nine months.
