Nose - Lovely aromas of blackberry and vanilla
Taste -Medium bodied and dry. Dense and velvety, intense red berries and a lingering finish.
Vinification - The traditional winemaking process. Maceration: Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation: Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, gentle vatting. The grapes for this wine come from old Carignan vines, some of which are up to 80 years old.
Serving Temperature: 18-20°C
