Location of production - The vineyard is located in the municipality of Barolo and Serralunga.
Nose -Intense bouquet, ample whit reminiscent of roses and violets, tones of anis and spices herbs with a dedicated pepper.
Taste - Medium-bodied Nebbiolo a beauty from Barbaresco Producers, presents hints of white pepper and aniseed, complemented by bright tannins and a fresh acidity.
Vinification - Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 degrees C. 20 days maceration on the skins, with pumping over twice a day. The wine also benefits from malolactic fermentation. The vinification is complete after 4 months in large oak barrels.
Serving Temperature: 18-20 °C / 64-68 °F.
