An exuberant blend 30% Albillo, 30% Gual, 30% Marmajuelo, 10% Listán Blanca

 Harvest is performed by hand and in different stages, depending on ripeness. Once the harvest arrives at the winery, it is left to ferment in 500-litre French oak barrels. Ageing takes place in 20-hectolitre foudres for 8 and a half months, in contact with its fine lees. 

A dense, deep and fresh wine. Perfumed to the nose, with prevailing aromas of white flowers on a volcanic background. One of the best whites in the area.
