Place of production - IGP PAYS D'OC 60 hl/ha. Clay-limestone soils at the bottom of Coteaux. Languedoc.

Visual - Limpid Straw Yellow

Nose - Intense and refined nose, white peach, hazelnut and buttery notes

Taste - Ample attack and very aromatic finish.

WINEMAKING - Pneumatic pressing. Fermentation at low temperatures and aging in stainless steel tanks.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
