Place of production - Vineyards placed in the  municipality of Nizza Monferrato, Province of Asti, Italy.

ABV 13.5%

Visual - Limpid and brigth ruby red color.

Nose - Complex and intense wine, starting with fresh flower notes of violet and red roses, ample and intense notes of dark plums, cherry, raspberries and blackberries. Along of light essence of black pepper, clove and cinamon. This is a wine which has a good and strong Italian temperament.  

Taste - Medium body, dry, smooth and warm. Followed by fresh acidity with low tannins, high minerality along of a persistent finish, a very pleasant youthful wine.

Vinification - The traditional vinification process is placed into a stainless steel tanks, during the next 6 months the wine is developing his character, then it is ready to be bottled and rest for a period of not less 6 months, before release.
