Produced from carefully selected vineyards in the prestigious municipality of Nizza Monferrato, in the Province of Asti, Piemonte, Italy.

Tasting Notes
A vibrant and expressive Barbera with an intense bouquet of violets, red roses, ripe cherries, dark plums, raspberries, and blackberries. Delicate hints of black pepper, clove, and cinnamon add complexity and character. On the palate, it is smooth, dry, and beautifully balanced, with refreshing acidity, gentle tannins, and a distinctive mineral character. The finish is long, lively, and exceptionally pleasant.

Vinification & Ageing
The grapes are carefully harvested and traditionally vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, fruit purity, and varietal expression. The wine matures for six months before bottling and then rests for a further minimum of six months prior to release, allowing its flavours to harmonise and develop.

Food Pairing
An excellent match for pasta dishes, risotto, pizza, grilled meats, charcuterie, and mature cheeses. Equally enjoyable on its own as a versatile everyday wine.
