Grapes: Glera 85% -Pinot noir 13%  &  Merlot 2%ABV: 11.0%

Place of production - Regione Veneto, Province of Treviso - Conegliano . Italy.

 Visual - Soft coral pink. Very bubbly when poured then maintaining a persistent perlage to the end.

 Nose - Clear aromas of red fruit: wild strawberries, raspberries, black cherries, gooseberries, peach blossoms.

Taste - Pleasant, light, fine, delicate, very fresh  with soft acidity and creamy foam.

Vinification - Martinotti method .Autoclave with selected yeasts at a temperature of 13 ° for about 40 days.

Serving temperature: 6 - 8°C
