Vinification
Grapes are naturally dried in the fruit cellar for approximately 20 days, concentrating their aromas and flavors. The dried grapes are then gently pressed over 20 days, followed by maceration for 10–15 days and fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the varietal’s character. Aging The wine is matured for 6 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, enhancing structure and complexity.
