Location of production - Vineyards situated exclusively in the commune of Momberone. Province of Alessandria, Italy.
Visual - Deep straw-yellow colour.
Nose - Very complex nose, intense fruity scents reminiscent of pear, peach, followed by floral hints of acacia, orange blossom and honey. Overall it is very reminiscent of a cross between the finest Sancerre and Riesling.
Taste - Dry and complex taste, pleasingly fresh and very persistent.
Vinification - The traditional winemaking process, the wine is matured in new French acacia barrels of 500 ltrs, light toast for a 6 months period, allowing the wine to develop its character, followed by bottling and a minimum rest period of 6 months before going to market.
Serving Temperature: 8-10 °C / 46-50°F
