Grape Variety - 100% Barbera. ABV 13.0%
Place of production - Vineyards placed in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato, Privince of Asti, Italy.
Visual - Limpid cherry rose color, along of a fine and delicated effervescence with a moderate length bubble persistence. Nose - Intense fresh fruitiness, hints of strawberry, cherry and citrus.
Taste - Medium body, dry, fresh acidity among of low tannins through an exciting balance between minerality and acidity, followed by great flavor persistence in the mouth, along of a sophisticated fizzy finish.
Vinification - Under Martinotti / Charmatt method. The ”must“ is macerated for a few days, after the wine is resting for a few months in stainless steel tanks, the second fermentation start into the tank, followed by the clarification process using natural clay, resulting in a lush wine with a pleasant and youthful fragrant notes of citrus fruits and red fresh flowers along of a fizzy lush sensation, due to the natural fermentation process. Vegan friendly.
