Location of production - The vineyards are located in the area of Canale, Cornegliano, Santo Stefano Roero, Vezza d’Alba and other towns on the boundaries of the Cuneo Province, Italy.
Visual - Straw-yellow colour with a golden highlights. Nose - Outstanding complexity with intensity aromas of the acacia, zinnia bloom and wildflowers. Ample notes of ripe pear, apricot, peach and citrus fruits, fallowed with spices notes of anis and a hint of hazelnuts to finish with a touch of honey.
Taste - An elegant, full-bodied wine, dry and pleasantly harmonic with a fresh and crispy savoury taste with the right balance, through of intense aromatic persistence on the palate.
Vinification - The traditional winemaking process. Arneis is one of the most difficult grapes to cultivate, with a natural low acidity and the tendency to get over ripe, also the vulnerability to powdery mildew, makes to this crop demanding a lot of careful handling to achieve an excellent harvest. The grapes are very gently pressing to continue with a short maceration, during the next 6 months the wine is aged in stainless steel vats under a temperature control system, then the wine is ready to be bottled and resting for a period no less than 6 months before going to the market.
