Location of production - Vineyards are located in the commune of Alba and some neighbouring towns in the province of Cuneo.Italy.
Visual - Intense ruby red with red violet highlights.
Nose -Intense, pleasing and refined flower aroma of violet, with hints of blackberries, raspberries and cherries along with a slight touch of balsamic, opening the nose to spice notes of almond and black pepper with an exotic herbaceous notes of peach leaf.
Taste - Full bodied, dry, warm and smooth with a pleasant acidity through perceptible tannic going with a rich and inviting texture, balanced with a great minerality, long persistence in the mouth consolidated with a sophisticated fruitiness finishing with an astonishing complexity spite of being a young and medium longevity wine, this complexity is due to the characteristics of the vine making it is a perfect everyday wine.
Vinification - The traditional winemaking process, after a careful harvest, the grapes are crushed and fermented in stainless steel vats under temperature control system. After the fermentation is completed racking is carried out, this process is release after 6 months, then the wine ready to be bottled and leaving it to rest for a periodof time no less than 6 months before going to the market. Vegan friendly.
