Location of production - This château is located PESSAC LÉOGNAN AOP ROUGE. Bourdeaux. France. 
Visual - Deep colour with purple tints
Nose - Nice deep nose with notes of ripe fruit, such as cherry. In the mouth, an ample, velvety and aromatic attack
Taste - Dry, full-bodied. The evolution and the finish bring finesse and a certain complexity with notes of spices.
Vinification - Traditional winemaking process, manual harvesting in crates. Stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. Sand and gravel from the Tertiary era slipped from the Pyrenees Planting density : 10 000 vines/hectare. Average age of the vines: 35 years
Serving Temperature: 18-20°C
