Nose - Complex and intense wine, revels ripe fruity notes of currant, cherry, plum and liquorice and coffee nuances.
Taste - Full body, dry, smooth tannins and elegant hug wine. Followed by fresh acidity, long and persistent finish, with hints of fruit, liquorice and coffee.
Vinification - The fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel vats their temperature is not controlled. The duration of fermentation and maceration is 8 to 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation process, 12-15 month aging in oak barrels (barriques recycling of 225 liters) and extract directly in the bottle for a period of 10 to 12 months.
