Location of production - The vineyards are located in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato and Mombaruzzo. Province of Asti, Italy.
Visual - Brilliant and glamorous straw-yellow colour. numerous, delicate and fine long-lasting pearl-like bubbles.
Nose - Expressive, intense and complex, with ampler floral bouquet of jasmine and dry white flowers, followed by brioches and buttery aromas throughout of a pleasant tart fruit side, goldenapple and peach, with a touch of the classic nut aromas. Taste - Brut, bright and velvety fresh with a sophisticated crispness, gorgeous acidity structure with an intense aromatic persistence on the palate.
Vinification - “The Classic Sparkling Traditional Method.” One of the most distinctive elements of Guasti Clemente sparkling wines is the method of production, called “classic”, which during the next 3 years, the wine is going trough different stage of production, those stages are: base wine, Secondary fermentation, Riddling and Disgorgement.
