Guasti. Chardonnay Dal Piemonte Guasti Clemente

Grape Variety - 100% Cahrdonnay 

A.B.V.- 12.5%. 

Location of production -The vineyards are located in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato, Province of Asti, Italy. 

Visual - Straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Nose - Delicate honeysuckle and lemon zest aroma. Intense fruity notes of yellow peach, apple, pineapple and citrus fruits. Followed by a hint of almonds and hazelnuts.

Taste - Medium to full bodied wine, dry and fresh, with an exciting mineral taste with the right balance of acidity. Very pleasant wine with a great long finish. 

Vinification - The traditional winemaking process, the wine is poured into stainless steel tanks, developing its fresh character over the following 6 months, followed by bottling and a minimum rest period of 6 months before going to market. Vegan friendly. 

Serving Temperature: 10-12 °C / 50-54°F.
