Location of production - Vineyards are located in the municipality of Barbaresco and few neighbouring vineyards from Alba in the Province of Cuneo. Italy.

Visual - Brigth garnet red with orange highlights.

Nose - Intense and complex with floral bouquet of red roses and violets, followed by a mix of fruitiness aromas, starting with ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry along with highlighting of liquorice and white pepper, opening the nose to chocolate, vanilla through a touch of balsamic sensation along exotics herbs, finish in a sublime oaky.

Taste - Full bodied, dry, warm and velvety through pleasant acidity along a harmonious tannic balance, outstanding minerality , followed by a long and savoury persistence in the mouth consolidated with a sophisticated tannic finish. This is a perfect structure wine for ageing with great longevity, increasing its characteristics throughout the years.

Vinification - The traditional winemaking process, the wine is poured into a French oak barrel, allowing the wine develops his character during the next 18 months, then the wine is ready to be bottled and leaving it to rest for a period of time no less than 6 months before going to the market. Vegan friendly. Serving Temperature: 18-20 °C. / 64-68°F
